{"cve":"CVE-2026-24766","nvd":{"published":"2026-01-28T21:16:12.103","modified":"2026-06-17T10:23:33.400","status":"Analyzed","description":"NocoDB is software for building databases as spreadsheets. Prior to version 0.301.0, an authenticated user with org-level-creator permissions can exploit prototype pollution in the `/api/v2/meta/connection/test` endpoint, causing all database write operations to fail application-wide until server restart. While the pollution technically bypasses SUPER_ADMIN authorization checks, no practical privileged actions can be performed because database operations fail immediately after pollution. Version 0.301.0 patches the issue.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:H/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H","score":4.9},"cwes":["CWE-1321"],"references":["https://github.com/nocodb/nocodb/security/advisories/GHSA-95ff-46g6-6gw9"],"products":["nocodb:nocodb"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:22:27.261130201+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-24766","score":0.00423,"percentile":0.36625,"date":"2026-11-01"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-95ff-46g6-6gw9","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-95ff-46g6-6gw9","summary":"NocoDB has Prototype Pollution in Connection Test Endpoint, Leading to DoS","modified":"2026-02-03T03:06:03.370134Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"npm","name":"nocodb","purl":"pkg:npm/nocodb","ranges":["<0.301.0"],"fixed":["0.301.0"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
