{"cve":"CVE-2026-24489","nvd":{"published":"2026-01-27T01:16:02.453","modified":"2026-06-17T10:23:08.793","status":"Deferred","description":"Gakido is a Python HTTP client focused on browser impersonation and anti-bot evasion. A vulnerability was discovered in Gakido prior to version 0.1.1 that allowed HTTP header injection through CRLF (Carriage Return Line Feed) sequences in user-supplied header values and names. When making HTTP requests with user-controlled header values containing `\\r\\n` (CRLF), `\\n` (LF), or `\\x00` (null byte) characters, an attacker could inject arbitrary HTTP headers into the request. The fix in version 0.1.1 adds a `_sanitize_header()` function that strips `\\r`, `\\n`, and `\\x00` characters from both header names and values before they are included in HTTP requests.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:L/A:N","score":5.3},"cwes":["CWE-93","CWE-113"],"references":["https://github.com/HappyHackingSpace/gakido/commit/369c67e67c63da510c8a9ab021e54a92ccf1f788","https://github.com/HappyHackingSpace/gakido/releases/tag/v0.1.1-1bc6019","https://github.com/HappyHackingSpace/gakido/security/advisories/GHSA-gcgx-chcp-hxp9"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:21:16.563232421+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-24489","score":0.00395,"percentile":0.33697,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-gcgx-chcp-hxp9","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-gcgx-chcp-hxp9","summary":"Gakido vulnerable to HTTP Header Injection (CRLF Injection) ","modified":"2026-07-07T17:57:21.373649048Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"gakido","purl":"pkg:pypi/gakido","ranges":["<0.1.1"],"fixed":["0.1.1"]}]},{"id":"PYSEC-2026-1400","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/PYSEC-2026-1400","summary":"Gakido vulnerable to HTTP Header Injection (CRLF Injection) ","modified":"2026-07-07T17:46:43.200924307Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"gakido","purl":"pkg:pypi/gakido","ranges":["<0.1.1"],"fixed":["0.1.1"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
