This is due to insufficient file path validation before performing a file deletion. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Administrator-level access and above, to delete arbitrary files on the server, such as wp-config.php, which can make site takeover and remote code execution possible.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:H/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:H/A:H","score":6.5},"cwes":["CWE-22"],"references":["https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/wc-carta-docente/tags/1.4.7/includes/class-wccd-admin.php#L88","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/wc-carta-docente/tags/1.5.1/includes/class-wccd-admin.php#L80","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/wc-carta-docente/trunk/includes/class-wccd-admin.php#L88","https://www.wordfence.com/threat-intel/vulnerabilities/id/7aab1307-7fb5-46fb-ae12-087dce3086fc?source=cve"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:26:19.218427112+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-2421","score":0.00516,"percentile":0.43955,"date":"2026-11-01"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
