{"cve":"CVE-2026-2296","nvd":{"published":"2026-02-18T07:16:10.630","modified":"2026-06-17T10:30:44.487","status":"Deferred","description":"The Product Addons for Woocommerce – Product Options with Custom Fields plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Code Injection in all versions up to, and including, 3.1.0. This is due to insufficient input validation of the 'operator' field in conditional logic rules within the evalConditions() function, which passes unsanitized user input directly to PHP's eval() function. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Shop Manager-level access and above, to inject and execute arbitrary PHP code on the server via the conditional logic 'operator' parameter when saving addon form field rules.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:H/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H","score":7.2},"cwes":["CWE-94"],"references":["https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/woo-custom-product-addons/tags/3.0.19/includes/process/conditional-logic.php#L104","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/woo-custom-product-addons/tags/3.0.19/includes/process/conditional-logic.php#L84","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/woo-custom-product-addons/trunk/includes/process/conditional-logic.php#L104","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/woo-custom-product-addons/trunk/includes/process/conditional-logic.php#L84","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset?sfp_email=&sfph_mail=&reponame=&old=3458823%40woo-custom-product-addons&new=3458823%40woo-custom-product-addons&sfp_email=&sfph_mail="],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:23:35.260773158+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-2296","score":0.00673,"percentile":0.52098,"date":"2026-11-01"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
