Prior to 21.8.2 and 22.0.0-next.6, there is a Mass Assignment vulnerability in AdonisJS Lucid which may allow a remote attacker who can influence data that is passed into Lucid model assignments to overwrite the internal ORM state. This may lead to logic bypasses and unauthorized record modification within a table or model. This affects @adonisjs/lucid through version 21.8.1 and 22.x pre-release versions prior to 22.0.0-next.6. This has been patched in @adonisjs/lucid versions 21.8.2 and 22.0.0-next.6.","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:N/UI:N/VC:N/VI:H/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N","score":8.2},"cvss_v3":null,"cwes":["CWE-915"],"references":["https://github.com/adonisjs/lucid/security/advisories/GHSA-g5gc-h5hp-555f"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:19:41.481987139+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-22814","score":0.00536,"percentile":0.45228,"date":"2026-11-01"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-g5gc-h5hp-555f","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-g5gc-h5hp-555f","summary":"Mass Assignment in AdonisJS Lucid Allows Overwriting Internal ORM State","modified":"2026-02-03T02:59:39.944016Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"npm","name":"@adonisjs/lucid","purl":"pkg:npm/%40adonisjs/lucid","ranges":["<21.8.2"],"fixed":["21.8.2"]},{"ecosystem":"npm","name":"@adonisjs/lucid","purl":"pkg:npm/%40adonisjs/lucid","ranges":[">=22.0.0-next.0 <22.0.0-next.6"],"fixed":["22.0.0-next.6"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
