When an administrator attempts to revoke tokens for a specific application (client) using a \"not-before\" policy, the revocation may be silently ignored if the overall security realm already has an older, non-zero revocation policy in place. This issue can allow previously issued tokens to remain valid for refreshing sessions and accessing user information even after an administrator has attempted to invalidate them.\n━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:L/I:L/A:N","score":5.4},"cwes":["CWE-862"],"references":["https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2026:68277","https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2026:68278","https://access.redhat.com/security/cve/CVE-2026-18218","https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2508313"],"products":["redhat:build_of_keycloak"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:47:10.050265369+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-18218","score":0.00288,"percentile":0.21362,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
