{"cve":"CVE-2026-18143","nvd":{"published":"2026-09-26T07:17:02.017","modified":"2026-09-28T15:16:04.793","status":"Deferred","description":"The Request a Quote for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload in all versions up to, and including, 2.9.2 via the `afrfq_submit_quote_via_popup()` function. This is due to missing file extension and MIME type validation in the popup upload handler, which uses the raw attacker-supplied filename directly as the destination for `move_uploaded_file()`. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload executable files, such as PHP files, to a web-accessible temporary RFQ upload directory when a public quote rule with the multi-page popup flow is enabled.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H","score":9.8},"cwes":["CWE-434"],"references":["https://woocommerce.com/products/request-a-quote-plugin-for-woocommerce/","https://www.wordfence.com/threat-intel/vulnerabilities/id/3417ec27-6abf-45c7-945f-6ef456ba1187?source=cve"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:56:48.555445741+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-18143","score":0.0214,"percentile":0.82039,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
