{"cve":"CVE-2026-1648","nvd":{"published":"2026-03-21T04:16:54.310","modified":"2026-06-17T10:16:14.983","status":"Deferred","description":"The Performance Monitor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Server-Side Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.6. This is due to insufficient validation of the 'url' parameter in the '/wp-json/performance-monitor/v1/curl_data' REST API endpoint. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to make web requests to arbitrary locations, including internal services, via the Gopher protocol and other dangerous protocols. This can be exploited to achieve Remote Code Execution by chaining with services like Redis.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N","score":7.2},"cwes":["CWE-918"],"references":["https://github.com/assetnote/blind-ssrf-chains","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/performance-monitor/tags/1.0.6/admin/class-curl.php#L50","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/performance-monitor/tags/1.0.6/includes/class-rest-callback.php#L168","https://www.wordfence.com/threat-intel/vulnerabilities/id/c8f42f17-bce2-421e-9031-bfa0f8c26b2a?source=cve","https://github.com/assetnote/blind-ssrf-chains"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:26:19.218427112+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-1648","score":0.00388,"percentile":0.32938,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
