{"cve":"CVE-2026-1509","nvd":{"published":"2026-04-15T04:17:33.173","modified":"2026-06-17T10:15:58.323","status":"Deferred","description":"The Avada (Fusion) Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary WordPress Action Execution in all versions up to, and including, 3.15.1. This is due to the plugin's `output_action_hook()` function accepting user-controlled input to trigger any registered WordPress action hook without proper authorization checks. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to execute arbitrary WordPress action hooks via the Dynamic Data feature, potentially leading to privilege escalation, file inclusion, denial of service, or other security impacts depending on which action hooks are available in the WordPress installation.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:L/I:L/A:N","score":5.4},"cwes":["CWE-94"],"references":["https://avada.com/documentation/avada-changelog/","https://themeforest.net/item/avada-responsive-multipurpose-theme/2833226","https://www.wordfence.com/threat-intel/vulnerabilities/id/fdc57b06-bae9-49a3-84dd-f593705330e9?source=cve"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:30:49.762551342+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-1509","score":0.0031,"percentile":0.23856,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
