{"cve":"CVE-2026-13262","nvd":{"published":"2026-07-11T04:17:16.793","modified":"2026-07-13T16:59:13.647","status":"Deferred","description":"The Majestic Support – The Leading-Edge Help Desk & Customer Support Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to generic SQL Injection via the 'val' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.1.9 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. Exploitation requires a valid 'get-smart-reply' nonce, which any Subscriber-level user can obtain by creating a ticket via the public frontend and visiting the resulting ticket detail page, making this effectively exploitable by any authenticated user.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N","score":6.5},"cwes":["CWE-89"],"references":["https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/majestic-support/tags/1.1.8/includes/ajax.php#L19","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/majestic-support/tags/1.1.8/modules/smartreply/model.php#L183","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/majestic-support/tags/1.1.8/modules/smartreply/model.php#L184","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/majestic-support/tags/1.1.8/modules/ticket/tpls/ticketdetail.php#L672","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/majestic-support/tags/1.1.9/includes/ajax.php#L19"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:44:02.134301115+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-13262","score":0.00591,"percentile":0.48264,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
