This is due to the plugin making outbound HTTP requests to user-controlled URLs without proper validation when the \"Show file size\" option is enabled. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to make web requests to arbitrary locations originating from the web application and can be used to query and modify information from internal services via crafted links in post content.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:L","score":8.3},"cwes":["CWE-918"],"references":["https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/mimetypes-link-icons/tags/3.2.20/mime_type_link_images.php#L1612","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/mimetypes-link-icons/tags/3.2.20/mime_type_link_images.php#L1666","https://www.wordfence.com/threat-intel/vulnerabilities/id/7b035d17-303b-4a8b-a15e-615df6b605d1?source=cve"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:26:19.218427112+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-1313","score":0.00322,"percentile":0.25265,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
