This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to perform arbitrary file operations including deletion, move, folder creation, and download. An attacker can create a draft post containing the 'eeSFL' shortcode, render it via the post preview endpoint to harvest the nonce needed to authorize the operations, and then submit file operation requests that bypass the intended authorization checks in includes/ee-list-ops-bar-process.php.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:H/A:N","score":6.5},"cwes":["CWE-862"],"references":["https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/simple-file-list/tags/6.3.6/includes/ee-front-end.php#L140","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/simple-file-list/tags/6.3.6/includes/ee-list-display.php#L341","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/simple-file-list/tags/6.3.6/includes/ee-list-ops-bar-display.php#L25","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/simple-file-list/tags/6.3.6/includes/ee-list-ops-bar-process.php#L50","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset?sfp_email=&sfph_mail=&reponame=&old=3579098%40simple-file-list&new=3579098%40simple-file-list&sfp_email=&sfph_mail="],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:39:28.638635428+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-12119","score":0.00467,"percentile":0.40493,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
