This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. By default only Administrators hold the hustle_edit_module capability, but the plugin's built-in Permissions screen allows administrators to delegate this capability to lower roles including Subscriber, enabling Subscriber-level exploitation on sites where that delegation has been configured.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:L/UI:N/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N","score":4.9},"cwes":["CWE-79"],"references":["https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/wordpress-popup/tags/7.8.14.3/inc/front/hustle-module-renderer.php#L479","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/wordpress-popup/tags/7.8.14.3/inc/front/hustle-module-renderer.php#L500","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/wordpress-popup/tags/7.8.14.3/inc/hustle-module-model.php#L574","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/wordpress-popup/tags/7.8.14.3/inc/hustle-modules-common-admin-ajax.php#L56","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/wordpress-popup/tags/7.8.14.4/inc/front/hustle-module-renderer.php"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-28T07:37:43.411221249+00:00"},"epss":null,"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
