{"cve":"CVE-2026-1163","nvd":{"published":"2026-04-08T03:16:07.500","modified":"2026-07-25T10:10:00.167","status":"Deferred","description":"An insufficient session expiration vulnerability exists in the latest version of parisneo/lollms. The application fails to invalidate active sessions after a password reset, allowing an attacker to continue using an old session token. This issue arises due to the absence of logic to reject requests after a period of inactivity and the excessively long default session duration of 31 days. The vulnerability enables an attacker to maintain persistent access to a compromised account, even after the victim resets their password.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.0","vector":"CVSS:3.0/AV:N/AC:H/PR:H/UI:N/S:U/C:L/I:L/A:L","score":4.1},"cwes":["CWE-613"],"references":["https://huntr.com/bounties/abe2d1c4-c21c-4608-8a8e-274565246a8b"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:28:59.047572785+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-1163","score":0.00227,"percentile":0.13474,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-8jg2-726g-xh43","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-8jg2-726g-xh43","summary":"parisneo/lollms has an insufficient session expiration vulnerability","modified":"2026-07-13T16:43:31.939006505Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"lollms","purl":"pkg:pypi/lollms","ranges":["<=11.0.0"],"fixed":[]}]},{"id":"PYSEC-2026-2612","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/PYSEC-2026-2612","summary":"parisneo/lollms has an insufficient session expiration vulnerability","modified":"2026-07-13T16:32:11.879894960Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"lollms","purl":"pkg:pypi/lollms","ranges":["<=11.0.0"],"fixed":[]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
