From 1.25.0 until 1.28.0, uploadfs Azure backend leaks account-level SAS token into every public attachment URL. When uploadfs is configured with the Azure backend and sas: true, createContainer() builds the BlobServiceClient from a URL that embeds the full SAS query string, and Azure SDK v12 derived clients inherit that query string. This issue is fixed in version 1.28.0.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:L/I:L/A:L","score":5.6},"cwes":["CWE-200","CWE-522"],"references":["https://github.com/apostrophecms/apostrophe/commit/9500b8b0e1d630d5e07fbb5fd2c25ed0943845ce","https://github.com/apostrophecms/apostrophe/commit/f84fd41cbf6c22eb8d0008fc9c25df1f7130b350","https://github.com/apostrophecms/apostrophe/releases/tag/uploadfs@1.28.0","https://github.com/apostrophecms/apostrophe/security/advisories/GHSA-hhph-8536-gfq5"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-22T16:41:11.231219466+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-113652","score":0.00277,"percentile":0.1998,"date":"2026-10-25"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-hhph-8536-gfq5","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-hhph-8536-gfq5","summary":"ApostropheCMS uploadfs Azure backend leaks account-level SAS token into every public attachment URL (sas: true)","modified":"2026-10-20T18:30:03.590258002Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"npm","name":"uploadfs","purl":"pkg:npm/uploadfs","ranges":[">=1.25.0 <1.28.0"],"fixed":["1.28.0"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
