If you require Unauthenticated Endpoints, you MUST change your configuration to use a non-empty whitelist to specify the trusted networks.  An empty whitelist will allow all networks to create/recreate endpoints.","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:N/UI:N/VC:L/VI:N/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N/E:P/AU:Y/R:A/V:D/RE:L/U:Amber","score":2.9},"cvss_v3":null,"cwes":["CWE-1188"],"references":["https://docs.microfocus.com/doc/2582/26.3.1/security-improvements-662","https://docs.microfocus.com/doc/42/26.3.1/security-improvements-662","https://docs.microfocus.com/doc/42/6.4.3.9/security-improvements-6439","https://docs.microfocus.com/doc/42/6.5.0.11/security-improvements-65011"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-29T16:49:00.577430059+00:00"},"epss":null,"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
