{"cve":"CVE-2026-10752","nvd":{"published":"2026-10-27T12:17:04.697","modified":"2026-10-27T12:17:04.697","status":"Received","description":"The Advanced Custom Fields: Extended plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 0.9.2.6. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to permanently delete arbitrary WordPress media library attachments by supplying a numeric attachment ID in the form submission without any ownership or capability verification. Exploitation requires a site administrator to have configured a public-facing ACFE form with an Email action whose attachment row uses a dynamic {field:...} source bound to a submittable field with the Delete option enabled.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:L/A:L","score":4.8},"cwes":["CWE-862"],"references":["https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/acf-extended/tags/0.9.2.3/includes/modules/form/module-form-action-email.php#L149","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/acf-extended/tags/0.9.2.3/includes/modules/form/module-form-action-email.php#L178","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/3667996/acf-extended","https://www.wordfence.com/threat-intel/vulnerabilities/id/ed7f3f80-4d08-440f-b990-b1099a565ed0?source=cve"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-27T12:48:08.987629817+00:00"},"epss":null,"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
