{"cve":"CVE-2026-106102","nvd":{"published":"2026-10-06T17:17:24.270","modified":"2026-10-06T20:03:40.690","status":"Awaiting Analysis","description":"Quasar Framework is a framework for building high-performance Vue.js user interfaces. Prior to 2.22.0, the SSR-only getHead() serializer in ui/src/plugins/meta/Meta.js used getAttr() to interpolate values supplied through useMeta() into title, meta, link, and script markup without HTML text or quoted-attribute encoding. injectServerMeta() appended that output to the raw server-rendered response. An attacker who can influence dynamic page metadata, such as a post title, product name, excerpt, or display name, can terminate the intended HTML context and inject executable markup before hydration. The client-side apply() path is not affected because it uses DOM APIs that encode attributes. This issue is fixed in version 2.22.0.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:C/C:H/I:H/A:N","score":10.0},"cwes":["CWE-79","CWE-116"],"references":["https://github.com/quasarframework/quasar/commit/11505afe5b5218f2c468f130181815b898fd1e40","https://github.com/quasarframework/quasar/releases/tag/quasar-v2.22.0","https://github.com/quasarframework/quasar/security/advisories/GHSA-pq96-jpmf-w254"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:58:01.639778232+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-106102","score":0.00299,"percentile":0.22364,"date":"2026-10-25"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-pq96-jpmf-w254","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-pq96-jpmf-w254","summary":"Quasar Framework: Stored/Reflected XSS via unescaped SSR meta tag rendering in getHead()","modified":"2026-10-07T16:30:06.545741787Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"npm","name":"quasar","purl":"pkg:npm/quasar","ranges":["<2.22.0"],"fixed":["2.22.0"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
