Under high load and specific timing conditions, an invalid internal state can occur during cleanup of pending WebFiltering lookups, resulting in a crash of the UTM process.\nThis issue applies to both NextGeneration WebFiltering (NGWF) and Enhanced WebFiltering (EWF).\n\nThis issue affects Junos OS on SRX Series:\n\n\n * 23.2 versions from 23.2R2 before 23.2R2-S7.7;\n * 23.4 versions from 23.4R2 before 23.4R2-S8.13;\n * 24.2 versions before 24.2R2-S5.5;\n * 24.4 versions before 24.4R2-S4;\n * 25.2 versions before 25.2R2-S1;\n * 25.4 versions before 25.4R1-S3, 25.4R2.","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:N/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:L/AU:Y/R:A/RE:M","score":8.2},"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H","score":5.9},"cwes":["CWE-413"],"references":["https://supportportal.juniper.net/JSA112174"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:59:28.494260111+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-102083","score":0.00313,"percentile":0.23982,"date":"2026-10-25"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
