Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in  unauthorized creation, deletion or modification access to critical data or all Oracle Communications BRM - Elastic Charging Engine accessible data as well as  unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle Communications BRM - Elastic Charging Engine accessible data.
