This is due to the plugin trusting client-supplied prize selection data without server-side validation or randomization. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to manipulate which prize they win by modifying the 'prize_index' parameter sent to the server, allowing them to always select the most valuable prizes.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:L/A:N","score":5.3},"cwes":["CWE-602"],"references":["https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/spin-wheel/tags/2.0.2/includes/class-swp-ajax.php#L73","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/spin-wheel/trunk/includes/class-swp-ajax.php#L73","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset?sfp_email=&sfph_mail=&reponame=&old=3437726%40spin-wheel&new=3437726%40spin-wheel&sfp_email=&sfph_mail=","https://www.wordfence.com/threat-intel/vulnerabilities/id/c023b91e-f633-41a6-b2d7-bcb3f1d026b7?source=cve"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:21:16.563232421+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-0808","score":0.00364,"percentile":0.30228,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
