{"cve":"CVE-2026-0522","nvd":{"published":"2026-04-01T14:16:26.397","modified":"2026-06-17T10:10:53.353","status":"Analyzed","description":"A local file inclusion vulnerability in the upload/download flow of the VertiGIS FM application allows authenticated attackers to read arbitrary files from the server by manipulating a file's path during its upload. When the file is subsequently downloaded, the file in the attacker controlled path is returned. Due to the application's ASP.NET architecture, this could potentially lead to remote code execution when the \"web.config\" file is obtained. Furthermore, the application resolves UNC paths which may enable NTLM-relaying attacks.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis issue affects VertiGIS FM: 10.5.00119 (0d29d428).","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:N/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:L/SI:L/SA:N/E:P","score":7.4},"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H","score":8.8},"cwes":["CWE-610"],"references":["https://support.vertigis.com/hc/en-us/articles/31214433137042-Security-Vulnerability-VertiGIS-FM","https://www.redguard.ch/blog/2026/04/01/advisory-vertigis-vertigisfm/"],"products":["vertigis:fm"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:28:18.033120106+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2026-0522","score":0.00619,"percentile":0.4967,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
