{"cve":"CVE-2025-60690","nvd":{"published":"2025-11-13T17:15:48.980","modified":"2026-07-05T02:17:13.187","status":"Modified","description":"A stack-based buffer overflow exists in the get_merge_ipaddr function of the httpd binary on Linksys E1200 v2 routers (Firmware E1200_v2.0.11.001_us.tar.gz). The function concatenates up to four user-supplied CGI parameters matching <parameter>_0~3 into a fixed-size buffer (a2) without bounds checking. Remote attackers can exploit this vulnerability via specially crafted HTTP requests to execute arbitrary code or cause denial of service without authentication.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:A/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H","score":8.8},"cwes":["CWE-121"],"references":["https://github.com/Jarrettgohxz/CVE-research/tree/main/Linksys/E1200-V2/CVE-2025-60690","https://github.com/yifan20020708/SGTaint-0-day/blob/main/Linksys/Linksys-E1200/CVE-2025-60690.md","https://www.linksys.com/"],"products":["linksys:e1200_firmware"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:16:02.354564667+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2025-60690","score":0.0415,"percentile":0.90862,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
