Prior to version 1.11.34, a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability allows an attacker to delete projects inside a course without the victim’s consent. The issue arises because sensitive actions such as project deletion do not implement anti-CSRF protections (tokens) and GET based requests. As a result, an authenticated user (Trainer) can be tricked into executing this unwanted action by simply visiting a malicious page. This issue has been patched in version 1.11.34.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:U/C:N/I:H/A:H","score":8.1},"cwes":["CWE-352"],"references":["https://github.com/chamilo/chamilo-lms/releases/tag/v1.11.34","https://github.com/chamilo/chamilo-lms/security/advisories/GHSA-rpj6-p9m5-q637"],"products":["chamilo:chamilo_lms"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:25:53.701907451+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2025-59541","score":0.0016,"percentile":0.05216,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
