Versions 11.0.3 through 12.6.5 are vulnerable to SSRF when using Astro's Cloudflare adapter. When configured with output: 'server' while using the default imageService: 'compile', the generated image optimization endpoint doesn't check the URLs it receives, allowing content from unauthorized third-party domains to be served. a A bug in impacted versions of the @astrojs/cloudflare adapter for deployment on Cloudflare’s infrastructure, allows an attacker to bypass the third-party domain restrictions and serve any content from the vulnerable origin. This issue is fixed in version 12.6.6.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:L/I:L/A:N","score":6.5},"cwes":["CWE-918"],"references":["https://github.com/withastro/astro/commit/9ecf3598e2b29dd74614328fde3047ea90e67252","https://github.com/withastro/astro/security/advisories/GHSA-qpr4-c339-7vq8"],"products":["astro:\\@astrojs\\/cloudflare"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:08:41.295252406+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2025-58179","score":0.0087,"percentile":0.58803,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-qpr4-c339-7vq8","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-qpr4-c339-7vq8","summary":"Server-Side Request Forgery via /_image endpoint in Astro Cloudflare adapter","modified":"2025-09-05T16:10:42Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"npm","name":"@astrojs/cloudflare","purl":"pkg:npm/%40astrojs/cloudflare","ranges":[">=11.0.3 <12.6.6"],"fixed":["12.6.6"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
