A vulnerability that exists in versions prior to 1.50.8 in `FacebookAuthFilter.java` results in a full request URL being logged during a failed request to a Facebook user profile. The log includes the user's access token in plain text. Since WARN-level logs are often retained in production and accessible to operators or log aggregation systems, this poses a risk of token exposure. Version 1.50.8 fixes the issue.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N","score":6.2},"cwes":["CWE-532"],"references":["https://github.com/Erudika/para/commit/46a908d887da02037384193f70a69345f04887cf","https://github.com/Erudika/para/security/advisories/GHSA-qx7g-fx8q-545g"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:02:23.998251710+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2025-49009","score":0.00166,"percentile":0.05785,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-qx7g-fx8q-545g","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-qx7g-fx8q-545g","summary":"Para Inserts Sensitive Information into Log File for Facebook authentication","modified":"2026-09-10T03:50:25.383357495Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"Maven","name":"com.erudika:para-server","purl":"pkg:maven/com.erudika/para-server","ranges":["<1.50.8"],"fixed":["1.50.8"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
