The panic message and a\nrelevant snippet of the call stack is as follows:\n\n Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at virtual address 000000000000000\n Call trace:\n drm_crtc_handle_vblank+0x10/0x30 (P)\n decon_irq_handler+0x88/0xb4\n [...]\n\nOtherwise, the panics don't happen. This indicates that it's some sort\nof race condition.\n\nAdd a check to validate if the drm device can handle vblanks before\ncalling drm_crtc_handle_vblank() to avoid this.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H","score":5.5},"cwes":["CWE-476"],"references":["https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/391e5ea5b877230b844c9bd8bbcd91b681b1ce2d","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/87825fbd1e176cd5b896940f3959e7c9a916945d","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/996740652e620ef8ee1e5c65832cf2ffa498577d","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/a2130463fc9451005660b0eda7b61d5f746f7d74","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/a40a35166f7e4f6dcd4b087d620c8228922dcb0a"],"products":["debian:debian_linux","linux:linux_kernel"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:05:46.678065081+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2025-38467","score":0.00197,"percentile":0.09414,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
