This eliminates the\npossibility of getting an out-of-bounds fault.\n\nAdd a warning message if the HID descriptor contains any unsupported\noptional HID class descriptors.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:H","score":7.1},"cwes":["CWE-125"],"references":["https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/1df80d748f984290c895e843401824215dcfbfb0","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/41827a2dbdd7880df9881506dee13bc88d4230bb","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/485e1b741eb838cbe1d6b0e81e5ab62ae6c095cf","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/4fa7831cf0ac71a0a345369d1a6084f2b096e55e","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/74388368927e9c52a69524af5bbd6c55eb4690de"],"products":["debian:debian_linux","linux:linux_kernel"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:04:28.436527499+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2025-38103","score":0.00212,"percentile":0.11451,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
