When a user adds a time constraint rule the application issues an HTTP POST request to /cgi-bin/urlfilter.cgi with the MODE parameter set to TIMECONSTRAINT and the source hostnames/IPs, destination, and remark provided in the SRC, DST, and COMMENT parameters respectively. The values of these parameters are stored and later rendered in the web interface without proper sanitation or encoding, allowing injected scripts to execute in the context of other users who view the affected time constraint entry.","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:P/VC:N/VI:N/VA:N/SC:L/SI:L/SA:N","score":5.1},"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N","score":5.4},"cwes":["CWE-79"],"references":["https://bugzilla.ipfire.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13889","https://www.ipfire.org/blog/ipfire-2-29-core-update-198-released","https://www.vulncheck.com/advisories/ipfire-stored-xss-via-time-constraint-rule-url-filter"],"products":["ipfire:ipfire"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:12:35.277909958+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2025-34314","score":0.00485,"percentile":0.41478,"date":"2026-10-25"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
