{"cve":"CVE-2025-15613","nvd":{"published":"2026-09-01T12:17:18.183","modified":"2026-10-19T22:10:00.130","status":"Awaiting Analysis","description":"Kyverno before v1.13.4 is vulnerable to server-side request forgery (SSRF) via its Service Call functionality. An attacker with permission to create Kyverno (Cluster)Policies can specify an external URL in a policy's apiCall/service configuration; although Service Call is documented for in-cluster services, it also resolves external addresses, allowing requests to an attacker-controlled server. Because policy context data (including contents of Kubernetes resources such as secrets) is sent in these requests, an attacker can exfiltrate sensitive cluster data.","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:N/UI:N/VC:N/VI:L/VA:N/SC:L/SI:L/SA:L","score":6.9},"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N","score":6.5},"cwes":["CWE-918"],"references":["https://github.com/kyverno/kyverno/security/advisories/GHSA-459x-q9hg-4gpq","https://www.vulncheck.com/advisories/kyverno-before-1.13.4-ssrf-via-service-call"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-21T03:56:58.798400159+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2025-15613","score":0.00357,"percentile":0.29174,"date":"2026-10-25"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-459x-q9hg-4gpq","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-459x-q9hg-4gpq","summary":"Kyverno vulnerable to SSRF via Service Calls","modified":"2026-09-18T10:10:41.529627972Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"Go","name":"github.com/kyverno/kyverno","purl":"pkg:golang/github.com/kyverno/kyverno","ranges":["<=1.13.4"],"fixed":[]}]},{"id":"GO-2025-3615","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GO-2025-3615","summary":"Kyverno vulnerable to SSRF via Service Calls in github.com/kyverno/kyverno","modified":"2026-09-18T10:10:41.529627972Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"Go","name":"github.com/kyverno/kyverno","purl":"pkg:golang/github.com/kyverno/kyverno","ranges":["all versions"],"fixed":[]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
