{"cve":"CVE-2025-14615","nvd":{"published":"2026-01-14T06:15:53.050","modified":"2026-06-17T08:36:16.207","status":"Deferred","description":"The DASHBOARD BUILDER – WordPress plugin for Charts and Graphs plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 1.5.7. This is due to missing nonce validation on the settings handler in dashboardbuilder-admin.php. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to modify the stored SQL query and database credentials used by the [show-dashboardbuilder] shortcode via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link. The modified SQL query is subsequently executed on the front-end when the shortcode is rendered, enabling arbitrary SQL injection and data exfiltration through the publicly visible chart output.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:U/C:H/I:L/A:N","score":7.1},"cwes":["CWE-352"],"references":["https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/dashboard-builder/tags/1.5.7/dashboardbuilder-admin.php#L158","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/dashboard-builder/tags/1.5.7/dashboardbuilder.php#L51","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/dashboard-builder/trunk/dashboardbuilder-admin.php#L158","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/dashboard-builder/trunk/dashboardbuilder.php#L51","https://www.wordfence.com/threat-intel/vulnerabilities/id/106b31ed-d509-4551-a134-02193ab22fe1?source=cve"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:19:41.481987139+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2025-14615","score":0.00161,"percentile":0.05272,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
