Static object `COdaMfcAppApp theApp` may access `OdString::kEmpty` before its initialization. Due to undefined initialization order of static objects across translation units (Static Initialization Order Fiasco), the application accesses uninitialized memory. This results in application crash on startup, causing denial of service.
