The server overrides the maximum size for websocket messages, allowing very large images to be tracked. This causes the server to become unresponsive to other requests while processing the large image, leading to a denial of service condition.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H","score":7.5},"cwes":["CWE-770"],"references":["https://huntr.com/bounties/e4c9bf41-72cf-4d04-baaf-8f12b5b7926e"],"products":["aimstack:aim"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:00:28.034033815+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2025-0189","score":0.00644,"percentile":0.50903,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-j5qj-rg5j-j7c2","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-j5qj-rg5j-j7c2","summary":"Aim Uncontrolled Resource Consumption vulnerability","modified":"2026-07-07T17:56:47.501872446Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"aim","purl":"pkg:pypi/aim","ranges":["<=3.25.0"],"fixed":[]}]},{"id":"PYSEC-2026-1089","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/PYSEC-2026-1089","summary":"Aim Uncontrolled Resource Consumption vulnerability","modified":"2026-07-07T17:46:18.026992970Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"aim","purl":"pkg:pypi/aim","ranges":["<=3.25.0"],"fixed":[]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
