The vulnerability is due to overly permissive CORS settings, allowing cross-origin requests from all origins. This enables CSRF attacks on all endpoints of the tracking server, which can be chained with other existing vulnerabilities such as remote code execution, denial of service, and arbitrary file read/write.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:C/C:H/I:H/A:H","score":9.6},"cwes":["CWE-352"],"references":["https://huntr.com/bounties/2038df5f-4829-4040-8573-67bf9bb89229"],"products":["aimstack:aim"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:00:17.429720821+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2024-7760","score":0.00522,"percentile":0.44352,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-38r9-3j52-h92v","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-38r9-3j52-h92v","summary":"Aim vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery","modified":"2026-07-07T17:57:03.524310487Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"aim","purl":"pkg:pypi/aim","ranges":["<=3.22.0"],"fixed":[]}]},{"id":"PYSEC-2026-1082","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/PYSEC-2026-1082","summary":"Aim vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery","modified":"2026-07-07T17:46:20.888630312Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"aim","purl":"pkg:pypi/aim","ranges":["<=3.22.0"],"fixed":[]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
