{"cve":"CVE-2024-6085","nvd":{"published":"2024-06-27T19:15:19.287","modified":"2026-06-17T08:17:15.537","status":"Deferred","description":"A path traversal vulnerability exists in the XTTS server included in the lollms package, version v9.6. This vulnerability arises from the ability to perform an unauthenticated root folder settings change. Although the read file endpoint is protected against path traversals, this protection can be bypassed by changing the root folder to '/'. This allows attackers to read arbitrary files on the system. Additionally, the output folders can be changed to write arbitrary audio files to any location on the system.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.0","vector":"CVSS:3.0/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:L/A:L","score":8.6},"cwes":["CWE-22"],"references":["https://huntr.com/bounties/d2fb73d7-4b4f-451a-8763-484c189a27fe","https://huntr.com/bounties/d2fb73d7-4b4f-451a-8763-484c189a27fe"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T21:52:00.836172422+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2024-6085","score":0.00644,"percentile":0.50889,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-9chm-m6x2-6fvc","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-9chm-m6x2-6fvc","summary":"lollms vulnerable to path traversal due to unauthenticated root folder settings change","modified":"2026-07-07T17:56:39.120745944Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"lollms","purl":"pkg:pypi/lollms","ranges":["<=9.5.1"],"fixed":[]}]},{"id":"PYSEC-2026-1588","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/PYSEC-2026-1588","summary":"lollms vulnerable to path traversal due to unauthenticated root folder settings change","modified":"2026-07-07T17:47:14.647968049Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"lollms","purl":"pkg:pypi/lollms","ranges":["<=9.5.1"],"fixed":[]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
