Without the alignment, hitting the exception would\nultimately crash. On other occasions, the kernel's handler would take\ncare of exceptions.\nThis has been tested on a JH7110 SoC with oreboot and its SBI delegating\nunaligned access exceptions and the kernel configured to handle them.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H","score":5.5},"cwes":[],"references":["https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/10ffafb456f293976c42f700578ef740467cb569","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/5d4aaf16a8255f7c71790e211724ba029609c5ff","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/6e62dab357eea12db0fc62dea94c7a892888e6e8","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/fb197c5d2fd24b9af3d4697d0cf778645846d6d5","https://lists.debian.org/debian-lts-announce/2025/01/msg00001.html"],"products":["linux:linux_kernel"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T21:54:16.205165117+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2024-43868","score":0.00222,"percentile":0.12856,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
