The application is designed to restrict user access to resources within the `web_assets` folder. However, the outdated version of gradio it employs is susceptible to path traversal, as identified in CVE-2023-51449. This vulnerability allows unauthorized users to bypass the intended restrictions and access sensitive files, such as `config.json`, which contains API keys. The issue affects the latest version of chuanhuchatgpt prior to the fixed version released on 20240305.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H","score":9.8},"cwes":["CWE-22"],"references":["https://github.com/gaizhenbiao/chuanhuchatgpt/commit/6b8f7db347b390f6f8bd07ea2a4ef01a47382f00","https://huntr.com/bounties/277e3ff0-5878-4809-a4b9-73cdbb70dc9f","https://github.com/gaizhenbiao/chuanhuchatgpt/commit/6b8f7db347b390f6f8bd07ea2a4ef01a47382f00","https://huntr.com/bounties/277e3ff0-5878-4809-a4b9-73cdbb70dc9f"],"products":["gaizhenbiao:chuanhuchatgpt"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T21:51:20.603330631+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2024-3234","score":0.03757,"percentile":0.89893,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
