{"cve":"CVE-2024-24572","nvd":{"published":"2024-01-31T23:15:08.337","modified":"2026-06-17T07:14:37.943","status":"Modified","description":"facileManager is a modular suite of web apps built with the sysadmin in mind. In versions 4.5.0 and earlier, the $_REQUEST global array was unsafely called inside an extract() function in admin-logs.php. The PHP file fm-init.php prevents arbitrary manipulation of $_SESSION via the GET/POST parameters. However, it does not prevent manipulation of any other sensitive variables such as $search_sql. Knowing this, an authenticated user with privileges to view site logs can manipulate the search_sql\nvariable by appending a GET parameter search_sql in the URL. The information above means that the checks and SQL injection prevention attempts were rendered unusable.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:H/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:N","score":6.5},"cwes":["CWE-89"],"references":["https://github.com/WillyXJ/facileManager/commit/0aa850d4b518f10143a4c675142b15caa5872877","https://github.com/WillyXJ/facileManager/security/advisories/GHSA-xw34-8pj6-75gc","https://github.com/WillyXJ/facileManager/commit/0aa850d4b518f10143a4c675142b15caa5872877","https://github.com/WillyXJ/facileManager/security/advisories/GHSA-xw34-8pj6-75gc"],"products":["facilemanager:facilemanager"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T21:44:57.175229480+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2024-24572","score":0.00641,"percentile":0.50692,"date":"2026-11-01"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
