The `@urql/next` package is vulnerable to XSS. To exploit this an attacker would need to ensure that the response returns `html` tags and that the web-application is using streamed responses (non-RSC). This vulnerability is due to improper escaping of html-like characters in the response-stream. To fix this vulnerability upgrade to version 1.1.1","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N","score":6.1},"cwes":["CWE-79"],"references":["https://github.com/urql-graphql/urql/commit/4b7011b70d5718728ff912d02a4dbdc7f703540d","https://github.com/urql-graphql/urql/security/advisories/GHSA-qhjf-hm5j-335w","https://github.com/urql-graphql/urql/commit/4b7011b70d5718728ff912d02a4dbdc7f703540d","https://github.com/urql-graphql/urql/security/advisories/GHSA-qhjf-hm5j-335w"],"products":["nearform:urql"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T21:44:57.175229480+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2024-24556","score":0.00355,"percentile":0.29251,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-qhjf-hm5j-335w","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-qhjf-hm5j-335w","summary":"@urql/next Cross-site Scripting vulnerability","modified":"2026-09-10T03:50:09.382768474Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"npm","name":"@urql/next","purl":"pkg:npm/%40urql/next","ranges":["<1.1.1"],"fixed":["1.1.1"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
