This vulnerability occurs when an excessively large payload is sent in the board_name field during a PATCH request. By sending a large payload, the UI becomes unresponsive, rendering it impossible for users to interact with or manage the affected board. Additionally, the option to delete the board becomes inaccessible, amplifying the severity of the issue.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.0","vector":"CVSS:3.0/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H","score":7.5},"cwes":["CWE-400"],"references":["https://huntr.com/bounties/9270900a-b8b7-402f-aee5-432d891e5648","https://huntr.com/bounties/9270900a-b8b7-402f-aee5-432d891e5648"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:00:17.429720821+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2024-11043","score":0.00719,"percentile":0.53915,"date":"2026-11-01"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-ffh5-w482-c7m5","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-ffh5-w482-c7m5","summary":"InvokeAI Uncontrolled Resource Consumption vulnerability","modified":"2026-07-07T17:56:11.690274319Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"invokeai","purl":"pkg:pypi/invokeai","ranges":["<=5.0.2"],"fixed":[]}]},{"id":"PYSEC-2026-1467","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/PYSEC-2026-1467","summary":"InvokeAI Uncontrolled Resource Consumption vulnerability","modified":"2026-07-07T17:46:43.372978974Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"invokeai","purl":"pkg:pypi/invokeai","ranges":["<=5.0.2"],"fixed":[]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
