The server fails to handle excessive characters appended to the end of multipart boundaries, regardless of the character used. This flaw can be exploited by sending malformed multipart requests with arbitrary characters at the end of the boundary, leading to excessive resource consumption and a complete denial of service for all users. The vulnerability is unauthenticated, meaning no user login or interaction is required for an attacker to exploit this issue.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.0","vector":"CVSS:3.0/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H","score":7.5},"cwes":["CWE-770"],"references":["https://huntr.com/bounties/d5404069-95b3-40e0-a7a4-c3a183d861b0"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:00:17.429720821+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2024-10713","score":0.00529,"percentile":0.44768,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-cg4p-5qfm-pjjj","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-cg4p-5qfm-pjjj","summary":"HyperLPR Denial of Service vulnerability","modified":"2026-07-07T17:56:41.931039217Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"hyperlpr3","purl":"pkg:pypi/hyperlpr3","ranges":["<=3.0"],"fixed":[]}]},{"id":"PYSEC-2026-1457","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/PYSEC-2026-1457","summary":"HyperLPR Denial of Service vulnerability","modified":"2026-07-07T17:47:44.627573873Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"PyPI","name":"hyperlpr3","purl":"pkg:pypi/hyperlpr3","ranges":["<=3.0"],"fixed":[]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
