The endpoint accepts attacker-supplied values in the name and uploadDir parameters and saves the provided multipart file content without adequate validation or sanitization of file type, path, or extension. A remote attacker can upload a crafted PHP file and then access it from the web root, resulting in arbitrary code execution in the context of the web service. Exploitation evidence was observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2025-01-14 UTC.","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:N/UI:N/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N","score":9.3},"cvss_v3":null,"cwes":["CWE-434"],"references":["https://cn-sec.com/archives/1995366.html","https://github.com/projectdiscovery/nuclei-templates/blob/main/http/vulnerabilities/ruijie/ruijie-nbr-fileupload.yaml","https://rfk0z.github.io/posts/Ruijie-NBR-router-fileupload-php-arbitrary-file-upload-vulnerability/","https://www.cnblogs.com/Domren/articles/19093295","https://www.vulncheck.com/advisories/ruijie-networks-nbr-routers-unauthenticated-arbitrary-file-upload-via-fileuploadphp"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:16:02.354564667+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2023-7330","score":0.00667,"percentile":0.51881,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
