This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to obtain the developer's Google API key. While this does not affect the security of sites using this plugin, it allows unauthenticated attackers to make requests using this API key with the potential of exhausting requests resulting in an inability to use the map functionality offered by the plugin.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:L/I:N/A:L","score":6.5},"cwes":["CWE-200"],"references":["https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset?sfp_email=&sfph_mail=&reponame=&old=3058300%40wp-google-maps&new=3058300%40wp-google-maps&sfp_email=&sfph_mail=#file673","https://www.wordfence.com/threat-intel/vulnerabilities/id/509cccbd-3aa0-45f1-84a0-387d678ebf65?source=cve","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset?sfp_email=&sfph_mail=&reponame=&old=3058300%40wp-google-maps&new=3058300%40wp-google-maps&sfp_email=&sfph_mail=#file673","https://www.wordfence.com/threat-intel/vulnerabilities/id/509cccbd-3aa0-45f1-84a0-387d678ebf65?source=cve"],"products":["codecabin:wp_go_maps"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T21:48:32.179249784+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2023-6777","score":0.00795,"percentile":0.56424,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
