To add\nthe required check for out of bound we first need to determine the type\nof dmtree. Thus added an extra parameter to dbFindLeaf so that the type\nof tree can be determined and the required check can be applied.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H","score":7.8},"cwes":["CWE-129"],"references":["https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/20f9310a18e3e99fc031e036fcbed67105ae1859","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/22cad8bc1d36547cdae0eef316c47d917ce3147c","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/81aa58cd8495b8c3b527f58ccbe19478d8087f61","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/86df90f3fea7c5591f05c8a0010871d435e83046","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/87c681ab49e99039ff2dd3e71852417381b13878"],"products":["linux:linux_kernel"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T21:50:30.954589733+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2023-52799","score":0.00257,"percentile":0.17393,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
