This allows attackers to access contents of configuration files in plain text through a memory dump and thus compromise user credentials when no custom password encryption key has been set. This also bypasses the connection configuration file encryption setting by dumping already decrypted configurations from memory.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N","score":7.5},"cwes":["CWE-312"],"references":["http://packetstormsecurity.com/files/173829/mRemoteNG-1.77.3.1784-NB-Sensitive-Information-Extraction.html","https://github.com/S1lkys/CVE-2023-30367-mRemoteNG-password-dumper","https://github.com/mRemoteNG/mRemoteNG/issues/2420","https://www.secuvera.de/advisories/secuvera-SA-2023-01.txt","http://packetstormsecurity.com/files/173829/mRemoteNG-1.77.3.1784-NB-Sensitive-Information-Extraction.html"],"products":["mremoteng:mremoteng"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-24T16:53:27.712498749+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2023-30367","score":0.00484,"percentile":0.41411,"date":"2026-10-25"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
