This can allow authenticated attackers with subscriber-level permissions or above to extract sensitive data including configuration. It can only be exploited if the plugin has not been configured yet. If combined with another arbitrary plugin installation and activation vulnerability, it may be possible to connect a site to InfiniteWP which would make remote management possible and allow for elevation of privileges.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N","score":5.3},"cwes":["CWE-200","CWE-668"],"references":["https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/iwp-client/tags/1.11.1/core.class.php#L365","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/2925897/iwp-client#file4","https://www.wordfence.com/threat-intel/vulnerabilities/id/aa157c80-447f-4406-9e49-9cc6208b7b19?source=cve","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/iwp-client/tags/1.11.1/core.class.php#L365","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/2925897/iwp-client#file4"],"products":["revmakx:infinitewp_client"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T21:39:14.809778102+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2023-2916","score":0.23987,"percentile":0.9784,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
