When `info->in.what` falls into\ndefault case, the function simply returns -EINVAL, forgetting to\ndecrement the reference count of a dma_fence obj, which is bumped\nearlier by amdgpu_cs_get_fence(). This may result in reference count\nleaks.\n\nFix it by decreasing the refcount of specific object before returning\nthe error code.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H","score":5.5},"cwes":[],"references":["https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/3edd8646cb7c11b57c90e026bda6f21076223f5b","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/4009f104b02b223d1a11d74b36b1cc083bc37028","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/72d77ddb2224ebc00648f4f78f8a9a259dccbdf7","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/927beb05aaa429c883cc0ec6adc48964b187e291","https://git.kernel.org/stable/c/b6d1f7d97c81ebaf2cda9c4c943ee2e484fffdcf"],"products":["linux:linux_kernel"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T21:59:48.811064707+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2022-49137","score":0.00266,"percentile":0.18525,"date":"2026-11-01"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
