Starting with version 2.2.0 and prior to version 2.3.1, users who expected their `multiselect` fields to use the field-level access control - if configured - are vulnerable to their field-level access control not being used. List-level access control is not affected. Field-level access control for fields other than `multiselect` are not affected. Version 2.3.1 contains a fix for this issue. As a workaround, stop using the `multiselect` field.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H","score":9.8},"cwes":["CWE-863","CWE-285"],"references":["https://github.com/keystonejs/keystone/commit/65c6ee3deef23605fc72b80230908696a7a65e7c","https://github.com/keystonejs/keystone/security/advisories/GHSA-6mhr-52mv-6v6f","https://github.com/keystonejs/keystone/commit/65c6ee3deef23605fc72b80230908696a7a65e7c","https://github.com/keystonejs/keystone/security/advisories/GHSA-6mhr-52mv-6v6f"],"products":["keystonejs:keystone"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T21:37:08.729216836+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2022-39322","score":0.01458,"percentile":0.73537,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-6mhr-52mv-6v6f","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-6mhr-52mv-6v6f","summary":"Field-level access-control bypass for multiselect field","modified":"2023-11-08T04:10:18.824607Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"npm","name":"@keystone-6/core","purl":"pkg:npm/%40keystone-6/core","ranges":[">=2.2.0 <2.3.1"],"fixed":["2.3.1"]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
