This vulnerability impacts products based on HID Mercury Intelligent Controllers LP1501, LP1502, LP2500, LP4502, and EP4502 which contain firmware versions prior to 1.29. The impact of this vulnerability is that an unauthenticated attacker could restrict access to the web interface to legitimate users and potentially requiring them to use the default user dip switch procedure to gain access back.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H","score":7.5},"cwes":["CWE-425"],"references":["https://www.corporate.carrier.com/product-security/advisories-resources/","https://www.corporate.carrier.com/product-security/advisories-resources/"],"products":["carrier:lenels2_lnl-4420_firmware","carrier:lenels2_lnl-x2210_firmware","carrier:lenels2_lnl-x2220_firmware","carrier:lenels2_lnl-x3300_firmware","carrier:lenels2_lnl-x4420_firmware","carrier:lenels2_s2-lp-1501_firmware","carrier:lenels2_s2-lp-1502_firmware","carrier:lenels2_s2-lp-2500_firmware","carrier:lenels2_s2-lp-4502_firmware","hidglobal:ep4502_firmware","hidglobal:lp1501_firmware","hidglobal:lp1502_firmware","hidglobal:lp2500_firmware","hidglobal:lp4502_firmware"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T21:32:39.174919249+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2022-31484","score":0.01065,"percentile":0.64708,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
