The cronjob will consequently execute the entry on the threat actor's defined interval, leading to remote code execution, allowing the threat actor to gain filesystem access. In addition, if the router's default credentials aren't rotated or a threat actor discovers valid credentials, remote code execution can be achieved without user interaction.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H","score":8.8},"cwes":["CWE-352"],"references":["http://packetstormsecurity.com/files/166396/iRZ-Mobile-Router-Cross-Site-Request-Forgery-Remote-Code-Execution.html","https://en.irz.ru","https://github.com/SakuraSamuraii/ez-iRZ","https://johnjhacking.com/blog/cve-2022-27226/","http://packetstormsecurity.com/files/166396/iRZ-Mobile-Router-Cross-Site-Request-Forgery-Remote-Code-Execution.html"],"products":["irz:rl01_firmware","irz:rl21_firmware","irz:ru21_firmware","irz:ru21w_firmware","irz:ru41_firmware"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T21:29:06.454770966+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2022-27226","score":0.33702,"percentile":0.98387,"date":"2026-11-01"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
